MY RELATIONSHIPS WITH CLIENTS
A. Phone calls for free consultation:
I will give the first 30 minutes of a consultation for free to my new clients only.
If you become my client and we work on the project, then the
first 30 minutes of my time will be deducted from your first invoice.
If more time is required and you want me to spend more time, then you
would pay me my hourly rate for anything beyond 30 minutes. If we
would not have your problem resolved within 30 minutes, then it would
be up to you if you want me to continue.
B. New clients:

All money-related issues are to be settled with new clients up-front so, my new clients would know what to expect. |

All new clients are required to sign my billing policy so, they confirm that they read and understood it well and will follow it to have a productive relationship. |

I am asking my new clients for a deposit (specified in engagement letter) to start working on your project or question. |

My services and/or project will be discussed in an engagement letter, as well as other details of our contracts. The engagement letter is to be signed by client and myself. |

I send my invoices to clients on the last day of the month for the services performed in the previous month. |

All payments are due within 15 days. After 15 days you start to accumulatea finance charge of 1.5 % per months. |

Clients with a poor payment record will be treated as a new client and a customer deposit will be expected from them to start working on the project. |

Invoices for the project completed are sent after the project is done. $500 deposit is expected on a project. |

When I need to come to client's location, my travel time is included in my billable time at my standard rate (limited to 2hrs. per visit). |

I require 24 hours cancellation policy for an appointments made. I'd like my clients to remember that I allocate time for them and I would like them to be serious about their commitments because I am serious about mine. If you'd not cancel your appointment 24 hours in advance you'll be billed for the time allocated to you. |

I am asking my clients to be on time for appointments and be prepared to use my time and your money efficiently. |

Some of the projects that would result in a value-added to the client's business and/or his financial position will be calculated as a percentage of the value. This is a billing based on a value practice. It will be discussed with client in advance. |
